Program and message types
You may choose to receive service texts about your inquiry, requested callbacks and telephone-audio project updates. You may separately choose marketing texts with offers and updates about on-hold messaging, telephone audio and voice services. We send only the message types you have agreed to receive. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and, for marketing, our offers and updates.
Optional enrollment
Enter your phone number in our inquiry form and select the consent checkbox for each message type you want. Both consent boxes are optional and unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can submit an inquiry without consenting to texts. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you. You must be the account holder or authorized user of the number you provide.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan and any charges.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from the On Hold Pros SMS program. After your request, you may receive a single confirmation of your opt-out and will receive no further program texts unless you choose to enroll again. To enroll again, use our inquiry form and provide fresh consent.

These SMS terms describe the optional messaging program. Quotes, project scope, pricing, licensing and production services are addressed separately in your project agreement or invoice.
