Shawn and his company, SBray Productions, and I first worked together surrounding the launch of the new U22 youth checking account at GTE Federal Credit Union in 2008. Shawn has consistently impressed me with his leadership skills regardless of the challenge at hand, size of the event or magnitude of promotion needed.
